Terms of Service

Luggly is a brand owned and operated by Urban Drip, a registered sole proprietorship of Garvit Haran (“Luggly”, “we”). Luggly is a marketplace that connects travellers with independent storage points (“stores”) and independent delivery partners (“partners”). By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and verify your mobile number. Keep your password and the hand-over codes we show you private — anyone with a code can collect or release your bags.

2. Bookings and prices

• The price is shown before you pay: the store’s hourly rate per bag for the hours you choose, plus a delivery fee if a partner collects or returns your bags.
• Your booked time starts when the store checks your bags in.
• Late collection: if you collect more than 15 minutes after your booked time ends, each started extra hour is charged at the same hourly rate per bag. You pay it in the app before the store hands your bags back.
• With cash on delivery, you pay the delivery fee online when booking and the storage fee in cash to the store at collection.

3. Hand-overs

Every hand-over is confirmed with a one-time code and the bags are photographed when we take custody. Check your bags when you get them back; anything you don’t report within 24 hours is treated as received in good condition.

4. Items you must not store

Do not leave: cash, jewellery, or other valuables; passports and important documents; laptops, phones, cameras or other electronics; medicines you may need; perishable food; live animals; anything illegal, flammable, explosive, toxic or hazardous; weapons or ammunition. We or the store may refuse or open a bag if we reasonably suspect it breaks this rule, and we may report illegal items to the authorities.

5. Loss and damage

If a bag is lost or damaged while in the care of a store or partner, we will help resolve the claim. Our liability is limited to the proven value of the bag and its contents, up to ₹5,000 per bag, and does not cover prohibited items, normal wear, or damage already visible in the hand-over photos. Report a claim to garvit.haran2801@gmail.com within 24 hours of collection with photos and receipts where possible.

7. Uncollected bags

If bags are not collected within 7 days of the booked end time and we can’t reach you, we may move them to secure storage and charge the late fee for the time stored. Bags left for 30 days may be disposed of as permitted by law after notice to your registered number.

8. Delivery partners

Partners are independent contractors, not employees. Partners must complete ID verification, carry bags with reasonable care, follow the code-and-photo hand-over steps, and never open a customer’s bag. Earnings are a flat amount per completed leg, paid weekly to the UPI ID or bank account in the partner’s profile.

9. Storage points

Stores must be verified, keep bags in a secure area, check bags in and out only with the customer’s or partner’s code, and photograph bags at check-in. Storage revenue collected online is paid out weekly less any agreed commission; cash collected at the counter is retained by the store and offset against the payout.

10. Suspension

We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or breaking these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Udaipur have exclusive jurisdiction.
